1/2 package of extra firm tofu drained
2 large mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
4 slices of Havarti cheese
2 tablespoons of oil
Saute the garlic and mushrooms in the oil, slice your tofu into four.
Add the tofu to the oil mix and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping every few minutes. Melt cheese on tofu.
Build burger to taste.
The garlic and mushrooms will give your tofu the basic taste as tofu is a tasteless food.
