He seems to think Toilets are a waste of time

It would seem that the population of Thunder Bay are finding toilets to be too much of a bother.

I can not tell you how often as of late I have seen some guy randomly pissing against a wall.

Or the guy today who while waiting for the bus decided to not bother finding a toilet - and given we were outside the mall there was one within reach - deciding to just go in his shorts. And I do mean shorts. I was so grossed out I can't even tell you. Then he kept walking back and forth beside the bus stop, the wind carrying the smell.

Thank god the bus driver would not let him on.

Have I mentioned how I hate living in this city and wish I could afford to move?
